Any/all information collected at checkout will solely be used for shipping/shop purposes only.

Your information will not be shared with any other companies/sites.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 10-15 business days (M-F), not inlcuding U.S. holidays, and/or planned closures.

Shipping time estimates offered at checkout (Standard, Priority, etc.) begin when your order has been fulfilled, not when the order is placed. We do not offer Overnight, Next Day, or Expedited shipping.

We ship worldwide with exception to the EU, U.K., and Germany

International customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, taxes, (DAP) Delivered At Place, and/or fees associated with their country/region, and Miss Willa's Bookshop Online will not refund/return any fees associated/affiliated with those orders, including packages that have been refused by the customer (you) or abandoned by the carrier.

Order Issues

If you experience an issue with your order, please email us at shop@jenniferlarmentrout.com with your full name and order number within 7 days of receiving it.

Miss Willa's Bookshop Online is not responsible lost and/or damaged packages.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you are able to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
